Chris Ashby who delivers the artisan cheese making course for Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall at River Cottage will show you, with her 40 years of experience in the cheese and dairy industry, how to make your own artisan dairy products at home with basic domestic equipment and materials. On this full day "hands on" course you will make:

This course is a fun, relaxed "hands on" course designed for the curious and those with an interest in artisan dairy products and how you can prepare these at home with basic equipment.
Course times: 9.30 - 4.30
This course includes all refreshments and a Peak District Ploughmans Lunch.
