Canapes & world flavours to impress
Canapes are the classic party food. Join Frank Boddy on this full day "hands on" course learning to produce a range of stunning canapes with world flavours that will amuse and entertain your guests and deliver bite sized portions packed with flavour. Frank regularly provides canapes for some of the countries leading companies and he will share some of his secrets of stylish catering on this course.
During the day you will work alongside Frank to create a selection of 'mouth watering' canapes drawing on ingredients and food styles ranging from traditional British to the Mediterranean and the Far East.
