Indian Street Food Cookery (SOLD OUT)
Join Amarpal Harrar for a fascinating day cooking typical Indian Street Food. On this full day "hands on " course you will work alongside Amar (who originates from the Punjab) to create a number of street food dishes which will typically include:
• Stuffed paratha
• Sheek kebabs
• Channa Chaat
• Gajar sabji
• Bombay potato
• Tomato and tamarind dip
• Mysore bonda
Amar will guide you through the preparation and cooking of each dish and along the way he will entertain you wth anecdotes of his childhood in India and also give you lots of tips for cooking Indian food.
Everything you create on the day you will get to take home and enjoy with family and friends.
Course Times: 10.00 - 4.00
This course includes refreshments and an informal light lunch, which will be one of the dishes you make on the day.
