Italian Regional Seasonal - Lombardy (SOLD OUT)
Join Hartingtons and Nonnas on a trip to the Lombardy region of Italy for another in their series of regional cookery courses. Lombardy is an area in the north of Italy and includes the historic capital Milan taking many of its influences from neighbouring Austria and adjoining Central Europe. On this leg of the Nonnas Italian culinary tour you will get to create:
Risotto Milanese with Nonnas beef ragu
Set polenta with mushroom and tomato ragu
Slow braised pork osso buco
Chocolate salami with macerated strawberry
This is a full day "hands on" course and you will get everything you make on the day to take home and share with family and friends.

Lunch will be an Italian cheese platter provided by Nonnas including gorgonzola, taleggio, quartirolo, chutneys and crackers
