Setting Up A Microbrewery - Essentials (1 day) (JUST 2 PLACES LEFT)
On this full day’s course you will learn the essentials for setting up your own microbrewery and be able to start brewing on a commercial scale. The course is led by expert beer consultant Alex Barlow and you can also choose to complete the weekend course by incorporating this day with a full day all grain brewing course with Brewmeister Paul Taylor from Murphy & Son the country's leading supplier of ingredients and providers of technical advice to the microbrewing industry, learning in depth about the brewing process. As part of the weekend’s beer and brewing events there will also be the opportunity to take part in a beer tasting & matching event on Friday evening with Alex, which will look at beer trends and flavours. On the “Setting up a Microbrewery Course” you will cover the following:
