On this full day masterclass with Jacqui Marsden you will learn the secrets of how to make four stunning pastry dishes with the wow factor. This course is perfect for people wanting to master or refine their pastry making skills to produce some stunning savoury and sweet dishes to impress family and friends. During the day you will make four different pastry dishes using rough puff, choux, sweet shortcrust and savoury polenta pastry, all of which you will make from scratch. The dishes you will make are:

Crab and lime tartlet - rough puff
Raspberry, white chocolate and pistachio profiteroles - choux
French style apple tart  - sweet shortcrust
Courgette and taleggio tart - polenta savoury

This course includes refreshments and an informal light lunch.
