On this full day cookery course with Punjabi food experts Kul and Kash from Coriander Garden you will get a unique insight into the wonderful flavours and food of the northern indian state of Punjab.  On this "hands on" full day course you will get to understand and create 7 classic dishes from the Punjab including:

  • Tarka Aduki Dhal
  • Marinated Chicken Tikka pieces
  • Basmati Rice
  • Chuppati
  • Marinated Masala fish
  • Lamb Keema
  • Cucumber / Tomato / Mint Raita

This day course will get you to experience Indian Food in a way you never have before.
