Seasonal Vegetarian Cookery Course
This full day hands on course is perfect for vegetarians and for those that want to be able to produce simple but great tasting vegetarian food from fresh seasonal vegetables and herbs. Under the expert tuition of Wendy Swetnam you will make dishes that will include:
- avocado soup
- polenta and brie bites
- asparagus and broadbean risotto or pie
- rhubarb and vanilla mille feuille
In addition Wendy will demonstrate how to make a seasonal rhubarb and betroot salad which will form part of your lunch.
Course Times: 10.00 - 4.00
This course includes refreshments and an informal light lunch.
