Pork Pie & Piccalilli Course (SOLD OUT)
Join third generation pork pie maker, Jacqui Marsden, for our introductory course on how to produce one of the all time British classics - the pork pie. Not only will Jacqui show you how to make unique hot water crust pastry but she will also instruct you on how to create a meat filling fit for a king.
