Authentic Thai Cookery Course (JUST 3 PLACES LEFT)
Under the expert tuition of Kwang White you will be introduced to the herbs and spices that are essential in creating authentic Thai Food. Kwang who is originally from Thailand and ran a successful restaurant in Bangkok for several years will teach you how to balance the five fundamental flavours of Thai cookery —hot (spicy), sour, sweet, salty and bitter on this one day authentic thai cookery course.
During the day woorking alongside Kwang you will make the following Thai dishes to take home and share with family and friends:
- Traditional Thai Pork Larb with greens - a favourite Northern Thai salad
- Home made vegetable Spring Rolls with sweet chilli dipping sauce - classic Thai street food
- Thai Panang Chicken Curry - a very popular creamy, red chicken curry
Kwang will also demonstrate how to make:
- Thai Coconut rice
- Sticky Rice
Course times: 10.00 - 4.00 pm
This cookery course includes refreshments and an informal light lunch which you will prepare.
