This cup cake course is ideal for those who have always admired the art of cup cake making.

During the course you will learn how to decorate cupcakes with buttercream and fondant and be given a unique insight into the combination of flavours and techniques by acclaimed local baker Emma Mitchell.

You begin the day with a leisurely gourmet coffee or tea before you get straight into learning about the icing and decorating skills that will make your cupcakes stand out from the crowd. This is both a fun and relaxed introduction to cup cake decorating providing you with a customised box of cupcakes to take away with you at the end and enjoy.
