Beer Brewing & Setting Up My Own Microbrewery (2 day course) - Sun 20/ Mon 21st - (1 PLACE LEFT)

There are 3 elements to this two day intensive course which will equip you with all the business and technical essentials of setting up your own microbrewery and enable you to start brewing on a commercial scale. You start by learning about the brewing process in depth on a full day all grain brewing course with Brewmeister Paul Taylor from Murphy & Son the country's leading supplier of ingredients and providers of technical advice to the microbrewing industry. On the Sunday evening you will take part in a beer tasting and matching event with beer consultant Alex Barlow exploring the wonderful world of beer and its diversity. As part of the evening's tasting and matching you will look at beer trends and flavours. On the second day Master Brewer Alex Barlow will take you through all the key essentials of setting up your own micro-brewery by drawing on his recent experience of designing and commissioning the new brewery for Purity in Warwickshire and another brewery in Turkey.  On this day of “Setting up a Microbrewery Course” you will cover the following:

This course aims to give those people with ambitions of setting up their own microbrewery either now or in the future all the basic skills and knowledge to make their 'brewing dream' a reality.
