Join modern french bread evangelist Chris North on this weekend French Bread Making Course.  On this hands on course Chris will show you what makes up the crucial ingredients, the importance of mixing, fermentation and kneading.  He will demonstrate how can make authentic tasting and looking french bread at home.  On the course you will make a selection of the following french breads:

  • Baguette Francaise into Demi Baguettes & Pain Epinard
  • Pain Campagne
  • Pain Aux Olives into boules

Course Times: 10.00 - 4.00

This course includes refreshments and an informal light lunch.
