Join Nonna's Chefs on a culinary journey to Nonnas home region of Emilio Romagna for 4 inspiring seasonal dishes. Most Italians will secretly admit that this region to the North of Italy, incorporating the historic cities of Parma, Modena and Bologna, produces some of the best tasting food in Italy. On this full day "hands on" course working alongside Nonna's chefs you will learn to cook a series of 4 dishes from the region and will have a tasting of what you prepared for lunch and then take the remaining dishes home to share with family and friends.
