Join Hartingtons and Italian institution Nonnas Cucina as they this time take a trip south in their series of Italian regional cookery courses. Sicilly, an island famous for it's fabulous food markets and its' historic capital of Palermo has a diverse range of flavours and food taking on board Spanish, Greek and Arab influences. On this leg of the Nonnas Italian culinary tour you will typically get to create:
- Salmon, dill and mascarpone arrancini with caponata salad.
- Brasato style braised short ribs of beef with red wine served with tarragon potatoes.
- Cassata filled vanilla sponge.
This is a full day "hands on" course and you will get everything you make on the day to take home and share with family and friends.
