Join Charlotte Marrifield, a celebrated patisserie chef and owner of boutique patisserie Sugar Therapy in Harrogate for a full day "hands on" course learning some of the essential techniques of the art of patisserie. Charlotte also supplies her award winning patisserie to local foodie emporiums such as Weetons, Fodder and has recently secured a contract to supply northern institution Booths.
On the day you will make:
- Raspberry surprise bombe (rasberry mousse with a hidden fruit compote) and white chocolate ganache
- Pot au chocolat with candied peel
- Glazed summer berry tartlets
- Spun sugar and chocolate run outs to decorate your tartlets
This Masterclass includes a fabulous gourmet buffet lunch.
