On this full day cookery course with Punjabi food experts Kul and Kash from Coriander Garden you will get a unique insight into the wonderful flavours and food of the northern indian state of Punjab. On this "hands on" full day course you will get to understand and create the following classic dishes from the Punjab:
- Tarka Aduki Dhal
- Basmati Rice
- Chuppati
- Marinated Masala fish
- Lamb Keema
- Cucumber / Tomato / Mint Raita
This day course will get you to experience Indian Food in a way you never have before.
