Regional Pasta - An Italians Passion for Pasta (SOLD OUT)

Pasta and pasta making is central to every Italian's kitchen and household. Patrizia like many Italians learnt many of her pasta skills at the apron of her Nonnas.
On this pasta making tour of Italy join her as you make 3 very different pastas from contrasting regions in Italy, along with the sauces that elevate these classic dishes to an art form:
- Region: Lazio - Rome - "Tagliatelle Papalina", (green version) ham, peas, eggs and parmesan cheese
- Region : Sardinia- "Ravioli Sardi" (filled with potatoes and mint), in fresh basil and tomato sauce
- Region: Campania (Naples) "Gnocchi alla Sorrentina", (oven baked), with meat sauce and and bufalo mozzarella
Course times: 11 - 3.00 pm
All ingredients, equipment and recipes are provided by Hartingtons.
This course includes all refreshments including Patrizia's homemade Italian biscuits and a light lunch which you make.
