Join Chris North on a full days artisan bread baking course learning to make a selection of wonderful classic european breads. Chris' passion is bread and he has travelled the world and extensively in Europe baking alongside the unsung heroes of the artisan baking world.  On this full days you will get to bake:

• Eastern European inspired onion bagels
• Pan de Naranja ( orange bread) from Spain
• The classic French Pain aux cerials

Course Times: 11.00 - 3.00

This course includes refreshments and an informal light lunch.
