Wild Food Cookery Masterclass

Wild food is free, delicious and healthy. Learn how to create some stunning food dishes with expert chef and food forager Chris Bax. Chris will introduce you to the wild ingredients and how the law on foraging works. You will then get cracking on this hands on full days wild food cookery course. On the day you will cook a selection of the following including learning the butchery techniques of how to prepare a rabbit:
- Make your own fresh homemade nettle pasta with Derbyshire Pesto
- Rabbit three ways with wild herbs and vegetables
- Hawthorn blossom Knefe tart
Course times: 10- 4 pm
This course includes refreshments and an informal light lunch of fresh pasta and nettle pesto which you will prepare.
