This cookery course is ideal for both beginners and for those wanting to brush up on their cooking skills.  This is definitely not just casseroles! Frank will take you on an international culinary journey giving you the confidence to cook four dishes such as:

Thai Mushroom (or Chicken) Soup with Noodles, Coconut and Lime (a meal in itself, with heaps of flavour)
Kedgeree (smoked haddock, egg and rice in a pot - you will also learn some great variations on this dish from other parts of the world)
Moussaka (classic Greek dish of aubergines and minced lamb, layered with bechemal sauce)
Sausage and Lentil Casserole
Cauliflower and Sweet Potato Curry
