Steph worked for many years in Food Sciences within the food industry before forming Edesias Kitchen. Her work takes her across the UK as a Freelance Tutor, Development Chef, Home Economist, Recipe Developer and Cookery Demonstrator.

 

Bread & Pastry has been Steph's passion for many years and is the forefront of most of her teaching and development work. Steph is looking to inspire the next generation of breadmakers on our bread making courses. Steph also has many years experience in writing,developing and demonstrating Gluten Free Recipes for the largest UK Prescription and Retail brand Gluten Free Manufacturer.

 

Steph is a qualified chef and holds a teaching qualification.
